Complete Residential Inspection On A Slab

• 100 sq ft -1000 sq ft    = $275
  
• 1001 sq ft – 1500 sq ft = $300
• 1501 sq ft – 2000 sq ft = $325
• 2001 sq ft – 2500 sq ft = $350
  
• 2501 sq ft – 3000 sq ft = $375
• 3001 sq ft – 3500 sq ft = $400
• 3501 sq ft – 4000 sq ft = $425
• 4001 sq ft – 4500 sq ft = $450*
• For homes with a crawlspace please add $25.00

* Homes larger than 4500 square feet will be charged .10 cents per square foot.

* Multi-unit homes please add $50.00 per unit to the above prices.

If a reinspection is necessary a minimum fee of $150.00 will be charged.
