Instructions to print, sign, and fax the <\/span><\/b>Home Inspection Agreement<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Review both pages of the agreement located at the bottom of these instructions.<\/p>\n

Select print.<\/p>\n

At the top of the printed agreement, put in the date the inspection will be performed,  your name as the client, and the street address of the home you are having inspected.<\/p>\n

At the lower right side of the agreement put in your initials where designated and below it please write in the limited liability fee quoted by the inspector for the inspection.<\/p>\n

Circle the type of payment you will be making.<\/p>\n

At the bottom right side of the agreement next to client please sign your name and fill in the date.<\/p>\n

At the very bottom of the contract please write your email address so the report with pictures can be emailed to you immediately upon completion of the inspection.<\/p>\n

Fax the signed agreement to your agent who will bring it to the inspection or Fax it to M&M Home Inspections (757-554-0309).<\/p>\n
